Our virtual tour area allows you to tour the selected Agricultural Property as many times as you need; our computer system gives you a complete overview of what we are offering.
Our innovative approach allows you to tour the property of your interest without leaving your home or office, and even while on vacation or a business trip, managing the schedule according to the free time in your agenda.
This space is for the exclusive use of clients and direct investors of our firm. If the deal is closed, you acknowledge RG&S Agronegocios as the intermediary of the transaction, paying the fees for that intermediation, which are payable upon signing the purchase-sale commitment or taking possession of the property.
To access it, you must request such access by completing the access form. The access password is for personal use and may not be shared or disclosed to third parties.
RG&S Agronegocios welcomes you to our website, to provide you with our sales services and our computer algorithms to accelerate the sale of your Agricultural Property. In turn, you authorize us to proceed with its sale, authorizing us to offer it to our clients and to publish it on our website or farm-sale pages.
If you do not want your property to be published, you must expressly indicate this when completing its information on our website.
You undertake to provide all required information about the property to be sold, such as parcel numbers, information about the property's situation, and its documentary and financial status, as well as all relevant information that provides data for the sale.
By accepting these terms and conditions of use, you accept that you have full authority to sell the property you are offering for sale.
At the time of the property tour, you provide RG&S Agronegocios with access to it, and/or the name of the person in charge of showing it, accepting the request for authorization or notice of the tour within 48 hours in advance.
Should the sale be closed, you agree to pay the real estate intermediation fees, which are payable upon signing the purchase-sale commitment or delivery of the property to the buyer.
